How IT Util PicHub handles your images and account information.

Summary

PicHub is an online image tool for sellers. Basic tools work without an account. We collect only what is needed to process images, run accounts, limit abuse, and complete orders. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Images you upload

Images you submit, the processed results, and thumbnails are stored on the server so you can finish the job and download the result. These files are deleted automatically after 7 days. You can upload without registering; those files follow the same retention period.

Account

If you register, we store your email or mobile number, a one-way hash of your password, the nickname you enter, and your language preference. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Verification codes for sign-up and password reset are used only to complete that check.

Security records

On login we store the time and IP of the latest sign-in. When a processing task starts we store the tool, the time, and the IP used for that task. Request counts per IP are used to limit abuse. These records are for account security, usage, and troubleshooting. They are not a browsing history and are not used for advertising.

Orders

If you buy Pro or credits, we store the order id, plan, amount, time, and payment status. Payment happens on the payment page. PicHub does not store card numbers or payment passwords.

Cookies

Sign-in uses a cookie named PICHUBSESSID, limited to the PicHub path, to keep you logged in. Language is chosen by the page URL. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics cookies.

Other services

White-background cutout, upscaling, and text recognition send that image to an image-processing service used only to complete the request. The image is used only to return the result. SMS and email verification codes are sent through channels we operate.

Retention and deletion

Image files are deleted after 7 days. Account, order, and security records are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed. To access, correct, or delete them, email contact@itutil.net.

Changes

If this notice changes in a material way, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
